St. Pete Woman Charged With DUI After Hitting Parked Car
A 47-year-old woman is charged with driving under the influence following a crash that left a passenger with life-threatening injuries.

ST. PETERSBURG, FL -- A 47-year-old woman has been arrested for driving under the influence following a crash that left a passenger with life-threatening injuries.
Just before 10:30 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 16, an officer attempted a traffic stop on a Mercedes SUV at 9th Avenue South and 18th Street South.
The SUV fled from the officer and crashed into a unoccupied parked car and flipped a few blocks away at Langdon Avenue South and Jordan Park Street South.

The passenger, Tezra Alston, 32, of St. Petersburg, was ejected. She is hospitalized with life-threatening injuries.
The driver, Michelle Gibson of St. Petersburg, was arrested for DUI crash with serious injuries and fleeing and eluding.The SUV is registered to Alston, but both women had revoked licenses.
