Steve Lampar, Of Parc Center for Disabilities, Tells Rotary About A Place Where Capabilities Shiine

Lampar addressed the St Petersburg Sunrise Rotary, noting that for more than 70 years, Parc Center for Disabilities has been an innovator, focused on helping children and adults with developmental disabilities recognize their strengths and expand their capabilities. Parc serves children as young as two months and adults through their senior years. As an organization and a community, Parc Center for Disabilities shares a powerful belief that all persons should have the opportunity to achieve their full potential and let their capabilities shine.
