“Fidelio”
The final performance of “Fidelio,” Beethoven’s only opera, by St. Pete Opera takes place Tuesday, 7:30 p.m., at The Palladium, 253 5th Ave. N. The opera will be sung in German with English translations.
Declutter: Roundtable & Coaching Session
The Sunshine Senior Center, 330 5th Street N., hosts this workshop for individuals 55 and older. The conversation will be led by Michelle Passoff, author of “Lighten Up! Free Yourself from Clutter.”
Tall Ships St. Pete
Starting Thursday, Port St. Pete becomes an official host port of the maritime celebration Tall Ships Challenge Gulf Coast Series. Don’t miss this rare chance to catch a glimpse, step aboard and even set sail on the 2023 fleet of tall ships.

April Vintage Market at Vintage Marche
With more than 30 vendors, Vintage Marche, which runs Friday (4 to 8 p.m.), Saturday (9 a.m. to 6 p.m.) and Sunday (9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 2906 34th Street S., is the largest monthly vintage market in the Tampa Bay area.
Get Fit Family Night: Family Yoga
Jim & Heather Gills YMCA, 3200 1st Ave. S., hosts Family Yoga on Friday evening at 6 p.m. This class is part of the Y’s free monthly Get Fit Family Night.
Tampa Bay Publishing Conference
Published authors and industry professionals share their personal publishing journeys and what they’ve learned about the business of books with other writers on Saturday and Sunday at the Sanderlin Center. The weekend kicks off with a Friday evening party at the Jack Kerouac House of St. Petersburg.
Empty Bowls 2023
This family-friendly event on Saturday, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., at the Clay Center of St. Petersburg, 2010 1st Ave. S., acts as a reminder that no one should be hungry or homeless. Delicious local soups will be served in beautifully handcrafted bowls by passionate artists for guests. The event also includes live music and a silent auction. Proceeds go toward ending hunger and homelessness in the community.
Old Southeast Community Garden & Plant Sale
The Old Southeast Community Garden at 2121 Beach Drive SE has been sold and the amazing plants — exotic and native — and planters will be available for sale Saturday, starting at 9 a.m.
Community Easter Gathering
St. Pete First church hosts this free community Easter event Saturday, 4 to 6 p.m., at Spa Beach on the St. Pete Pier. In addition to baptisms and baptism remembrances, this event includes food, games, face painting, a balloon artist and bounce houses.
Orchid Festival
The Sunken Gardens hosts an Orchid Festival on Sunday, 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The event features vendors from across Florida, beer and wine, live music, and orchid care presentations.
