Tampa Attorney Accused Of Having Sex With Female Inmates
Pinellas detectives say he may have had sex with inmates at jails throughout Tampa Bay.
CLEARWATER, FL – A Tampa attorney is facing charges of having sex with female inmates at the Pinellas County Jail. Attorney Andrew Spark, 54, of 7628 Southern Brook Bend, Tampa, was arrested Sunday, Dec. 17, following a two-week investigation by the Pinellas County Sheriff’s officials.
The investigation began in November when sheriff’s detectives received a tip that Spark was soliciting sex and having sex with female inmates at the Pinellas County Jail, 14400 49th St. N., Clearwater. The tipster claimed that Spark was filming the sex acts on his mobile tablet and put money into the inmates’ commissary accounts for agreeing to the sex.
Detectives say Spark visited 25-year-old inmate Shauna Boselli on Nov. 25, falsely telling jail officials that he was her attorney. Spark has never represented Boselli but reportedly met Boselli at a pornography convention in Tampa about a year ago and asked to make porn videos of her. The two couldn’t agree on money so the videos were never made.

Detectives say Spark told Boselli he met with another female inmate earlier that day, and was producing a pornographic video called "Girls in Jail." He offered to put money in Boselli's commissary account in exchange for her performing oral sex on him. Boselli declined Spark's offer.
However, during their investigation, detectives discovered that Spark met with 28-year-old inmate Antoinette Napolitano Nov. 25. The two previously met three years ago when Napolitano advertised prostitution services on the website, Backpage. The two reportedly had sex in exchange for money on several occasions.

Napolitano was arrested on multiple drug charges on June 7. Although he is not her attorney, Spark visited her 11 times in the Pinellas County Jail and had sex with her at least six times, detectives say.
Detectives subsequently learned that Spark was scheduled to visit Napolitano to film more pornography on Dec. 17 and were able to catch the inmate and the attorney in the attorney visitation room just as they were about to have sex.
Spark was arrested and charged with exposure of sexual organs, introduction/possession of contraband into a county detention facility and soliciting for prostitution. Spark did not speak to detectives and requested an attorney.
Detectives say it is possible that Spark has engaged in the same activity with other female inmates at the Pinellas County Jail and other jails throughout the Tampa Bay area and Central Florida. Spark may face additional charges as the investigation continues.
