FLORIDA — Looking for something fun to do this weekend? There’s something fun for every interest: Easter egg hunts, Tampa Bay Airfest, Sugar Sand Festival, Keel Farms Blueberry Festival.

Stations of the Cross Pilgrimage

Twenty-seven ministers of fourteen denominations will take part in the Good Friday Stations of the Cross pilgrimage down the center of Main Street in Sarasota. Gather at 7 a.m. in front of the Regal Hollywood movie theater, 1993 Main Street, at 7 a.m. The pilgrimage begins at 7:20 a.m.

Tampa Bay Airfest

Heart-pounding air performances and family-friendly activities will be showcased Friday and Saturday at this free event at the MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa. The event features both military and civilian flight performances. Gates open at 8 a.m. both days.

Ashley’s Eggsploration

Downtown Tampa’s largest Easter egg hunt is presented by the Tampa Downtown Partnership Saturday, 9 to 10 a.m. There will be food trucks, photos with the Easter bunny and a scavenger hunt.

Keel Farm Blueberry Festival

The Keel Farm Blueberry Festival kicks off Saturday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., in Plant City. In addition to all things blueberry, there will be camel rides, a petting zoo, bounce houses, vendors and more.

Pier 60 Sugar Sand Festival

Clearwater Beach’s Pier 60 Sugar Sand Festival kicks off Friday and runs March 29 to April 14. This 21,000-square-foot exhibit showcases professionally sculpted sand sculptures. The 17-day event also features live music, fireworks, sand sculpting classes, artisans and crafters, food vendors, and more.

Botany Bazaar Plant & Garden Fest

The first-ever Botany Bazaar, presented by The Citrine Ghost, takes place Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Hosted at the beautiful winding gardens of Metals & Nature in Plant City, attendees can expect to shop a variety of plant vendors, as well as garden-related products, art, food, and more.

St. Pete Pier Spring Fest & Easter Egg Hunt

This beachfront spring festival at the St. Pete Pier takes place Saturday, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., and features live music, family-friendly activities, food and more than 20,000 Easter eggs to find.

Mystical Mermaid March

This event at the Fairgrounds St. Pete takes place Saturday, noon to 4 p.m., celebrates all things mer-folk related. There will be mermaid meet and greets and face painting.

My Hometown Fest

Food, fun, craft beer and live music from some of the area’s top bands will be the order of the day from noon to 5 p.m. on Saturday as Sertoma Club of Greater Sarasota and Sertoma Kids host their ninth annual My Hometown Fest at Nathan Benderson Park in Sarasota.
