Two Cars Hit And Kill Lakeland Man In St. Pete: Troopers
A man was hit and killed by two cars as he crossed a busy street in St. Petersburg, the Florida Highway Patrol said.
ST. PETERSBURG, FL — A 57-year-old Lakeland man was killed early Friday morning when two cars hit him on 34th Street North, the Florida Highway Patrol said.
As the victim crossed 34th Street North northbound near 62nd Avenue North at 6:50 a.m., a car driven by a 69-year-old St. Petersburg man hit the pedestrian, according to investigators. Another car driven by a 53-year-old New Port Richey man hit the victim right after the first car.
The man died at the location of the crash, deputies said.

Due to Marsy's Law, the name of the victim will not be released by the Florida Highway Patrol.
