Two Expanding Web Firms Sign Downtown St. Pete Leases

ST. PETERSBURG – The city's downtown scene is known for cutting-edge music and art. It also has a growing number of cutting-edge companies.

PowerChord and Squaremouth, two up-and-coming online companies, are moving into City Center St. Petersburg.

PowerChord is an online brand and web management firm that will relocate from smaller offices in St. Petersburg’s central business district. The firm leased 10,354 square feet of office space.  

Squaremouth is a comparison website for travel insurance. It is moving its headquarters to downtown St. Petersburg from St. Pete Beach. The firm leased 3,381 square feet. 

Located in downtown St Petersburg, City Center is a Class A office property consisting of two buildings connected by an enclosed atrium lobby.
