Bradenton’s Village of the Arts celebrates the Day of the Dead with its annual Festival of Skeletons art walk Friday, 6 to 9:30 p.m., and Saturday, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Tampa Bay Afrofuturism Festival

This festival, whichoffers three weekends of programmingthroughout the Tampa Bay area, kicks off Friday, 8 to 11 p.m., with the Opening Night Soul Train Dance Party at Artz 4 Life in Clearwater.

Auburndale FallFest

Auburndale FallFest will take place Saturday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., at Downtown Auburndale City Park. Explore the outdoor fall market, and enjoy live music and games and crafts for kids.

Historic Kenwood BungalowFest

The 25th annual BungalowFest, which takes place Saturday, will feature 10 craftsman bungalows, ranch, mid-century and Modern homes in St. Pete with a special look inside a former grocery store converted into a four-unit complex. The event will also offer guided tours of Historic St. Petersburg High School's renovations, giving an exclusive look into the history of the nation's first million-dollar high school. Tours start at 10 a.m.

St. Pete Reads! LitFest

Cultured Books Literacy Foundation hosts its second annual St. Pete Reads! LitFest, presented in collaboration with the St. Petersburg Library System, Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., in the Legacy Gardens at The Woodson African American Museum of Florida. This inclusive festival provides opportunities for youth and teens alike to engage with thought-provoking authors and activities in a vibrant atmosphere.

Flavors of Literacy

The Manatee Literacy Council celebrates literacy and foods from around the world Saturday, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the Manatee River Garden Club in Bradenton. Sample delicious selections from local restaurants, choose a free book, meet local authors and enjoy live entertainment.

Empty Bowls Fundraiser for Harbor Dish

The Empty Bowls Pinellas Fundraisertakes place Saturday, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the St. Petersburg College Clearwater campus. During this heartwarming event, attendees are treated to a simple meal of soup and bread served in handcrafted bowls created by local artisans. These bowls serve as a powerful symbol of the empty bowls faced by individuals and families experiencing hunger in our community. Funds raised benefit Harbor Dish.

Tampa Bay Veg Fest

The Tampa Bay Veg Fest takes place Saturday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., at Perry Harvey Sr. Park in Tampa. The event features vegan food vendors, speakers, animal rescues, cooking demos, live music, yoga and a kids zone.

Rise Up St. Pete Concert Series

The Rise Up St. Pete Concert Series at the St. Pete Pier kicks off Saturday with a performance by The Revivalists. Doors open at 5 p.m.

Gulf Coast CycleFest

Sarasota Manatee Bicycle Club's premiere event, one of the longest-running and largest recreational bicycle rides in Florida, will be held on Sunday, starting at 7 a.m. at Main Street at Lakewood Ranch. CycleFest features scenic route options of 16, 36, 62 and 100 miles.
