Secret Sex Video In Assisted-Living Residence Posted To Social Media

PINELLAS COUNTY, FL – A 20-year-old St. Petersburg woman was arrested today, accused of secretly recording two residents of a Pinellas County assisted-living facility having sexual relations and then posting the video to the social media site Snapchat, officials said.

Investigators from the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office said Alexis Gloria Rebecca Williams on Aug. 1 recorded the two victims, an 81-year-old woman and a man, 59, having consensual relations in a private room at Bristol Court Assisted Living Facility at 3479 54th Ave. North in unincorporated St. Petersburg.

An unidentified citizen reportedly saw the explicit video on social media and contacted Bristol Court staff, the department said. Deputies were called Aug. 5 to the facility. With assistance of the assisted-living staff, detectives identified the suspect as Williams, who was employed as a medical assistant at the residential home.

"The staff at the Bristol Court Assisted Living Facility took immediate administrative action and terminated Williams," deputies said.

Detectives interviewed Williams today at her residence on 54th Terrace South in St. Petersburg, and she admitted to the allegations, according to the Sheriff's department.

She was arrested and transported to the Pinellas County Jail without incident. Williams was charged with one count of suspected video voyeurism and one count of suspected video voyeurism dissemination.

No additional details will be released that would tend to identify the victims, who were recorded without their knowledge, deputies said, adding that the investigation is ongoing.
