• Tarpon Springs industrial accident: Family remembers Army veteran (fox13news.com) — Tarpon Springs residents are mourning 36-year-old Army veteran and diesel mechanic Justin Wilt, who died after an August 10 mechanical accident at Suncoast Paving on Anclote Road. His family is remembering his devotion to his two young children and his final act of saving three lives through organ donation, as community donations continue to support his kids.
   

• Bay Breeze vessel arrives in Pinellas County for future PSTA ferry service (masstransitmag.com) — A new cross-bay ferry is taking shape right here in Tarpon Springs, where the Bay Breeze has arrived for refurbishment at Tarpon Marine Service, with the Bay Clipper close behind.
