From Cynthia Mace Arnett:
IMAGINE AN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TEACHER that has stayed in the minds of his Sixth grade students for over 50 years?? IMAGINE AN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL in Temple Terrace that still has an 'impact' and permanent fond memories for all these retirement age kids??. THAT IN ONE...... is MR. FRANK J. PUCCIARELLI and TEMPLE TERRACE ELEMENTARY!!!
On Sunday, October 28th those 60-something' boys and girls are coming together from near and far to honor their mentor from a Half a Century ago..........that's right...most of the class from School Year 1962-63 will meet at 12:30 in front of TT Elementary for photos.(stand and reminisce in their old classroom)....then on to Temple Terrace Carrabba's at 1:30 for a Special Luncheon with Guest of Honor....Mr. Frank J.Pucciarelli, now in his 80's. Mr. Pucciarelli taught sixth grade at TT Elem in the late 1950's to 1963....then he taught Math out at the 'newly opened' (Fall '63) Greco Junior High. Most of this class later went on to become the King High School class of 1969. At this writing, forty plus alumni are attending......and...if you had Mr. Pucciarelli in Sixth grade....or at Greco Junior High and would like to join the festivities on SUNDAY, OCTOBER 28th...please contact Cynthia Mace Arnett (570-977-3115) or Pam Gaudet Yanes (813-928-4437) …Come celebrate a remarkable teacher and a fabulous place to have grown up in...Temple Terrace!!!!
