Temple Terrace Sunday in the Park

Think green, live green and “bee” green! Our
Club is enthusiastic about the environment and how we impact it. We work all
year long on making and keeping Woodmont Park a beautiful place to visit, to
read a book or to hold a wedding. We want to share our park with all the
residents of Temple Terrace!

We plan to fill the afternoon with food, entertainment, and
lots of booths with special emphasis on plants, nature exhibits, conservation
groups and garden experts. Of course, select retail vendors are invited to
encourage people to come away from their televisions and into the park! Santa
has been invited too!

We’ve adopted three local charities. Any funds raised by the
Club that day will directly benefit these wonderful organizations

Clouds of Hope –
building safe playgrounds for children of all abilities

Temple Terrace
Community Gardens – establishing a teaching/sharing space for Temple
Terrace citizens of all “gardening” ability

Sincerely, Santa - makes
it possible for many needy children in Hillsborough County to have Christmas
gifts.
