After Successful Redesign, City Of West Palm Beach Website Logs Record-Breaking Visits In 2020

The number of visits increased by 24%.

Approaching its one-year anniversary, the redesigned City of West Palm Beach website is proving to be a valuable source of public information, especially during the public health crisis. During 2020, the website logged a record 5,005,946 page views, an increase of 24% over 2019โ€™s total of 4,039,837 page views. Articles offering COVID-19 information, financial assistance, and online bill paying were among the most popular. Residents using WPB.orgโ€™s free eNotification email system had the latest website updates sent directly to their email accounts. In 2020, over 80,000 news updates were mailed to subscribers. The redesign of the website was an initiative of Mayor Keith A. James.
