Florida city rolls out $1 electric shuttle, says riders won't wait more than 10 minutes (thecooldown.com) — West Palm Beach has launched West Palm Move, a $1 electric shuttle linking Northwood, downtown, and the Norton Museum area with waits of under 10 minutes. City leaders hope the frequent, low-cost service will cut congestion and parking hassles, though nearby Mango Promenade residents worry about spillover parking as officials study potential rule changes.
3. West Palm Beach man accused of ramming PBSO vehicle during arrest (wpbf.com) — A West Palm Beach man is facing multiple felony charges after deputies say he rammed a Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office vehicle in unincorporated West Palm Beach, then fled and fought a K-9 before being captured. Authorities report several sheriff's vehicles were damaged, and the suspect is accused of battering multiple officers during the arrest.
4. West Palm Beach man faces burglary, stalking charges in apartment peeping case (weartv.com) — West Palm Beach police arrested a 33-year-old local man after a woman reported he repeatedly came to her apartment, peered through her windows, and exposed himself. Investigators say video evidence supported her claims, and the man now faces burglary, aggravated stalking, and indecent exposure charges tied to the alleged peeping incidents.
