WHAT: Parks and recreation staff invite the public to provide feedback on what improvements to the Jimmie “Doc” Horne, Sr. Tennis Center at Gaines Park would most benefit the local community. The improvements will be financed by funds from the 2020 Parks Bond, which was approved by city residents for upgrades throughout dozens of West Palm Beach city parks.
