The Mandel Public Library Introduces ‘Ask Us' Virtual Chat Tool

Your local librarians are now available virtually from the comfort of your home! As part of its continued effort to provide in-person services virtually, the Mandel Public Library of West Palm Beach encourages patrons to use the new “Ask Us” online chat reference tool to connect with a librarian. Librarians are now available to chat live about eBooks, research, the library, and everything in between, Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM. To chat with a librarian, just click the “Ask Us” tab on the Mandel Library’s homepage at www.wpbcitylibrary.org.
