WPB Online, Pay-By-Phone Utility Payment System Will Be Temporarily Unavailable This Weekend
There will be no late fees for customers who are unable to make payments due to the maintenance on the system.

Due to system maintenance, the online and pay-by-phone utility payment system is scheduled to be temporarily offline and unavailable between Friday, August 28, 2020, 5:00 p.m. and Sunday, August 30, 2020, 10:00 p.m. There will be no late fees assessed to customers who, as a result of the system maintenance, are unsuccessful in making their payments during the maintenance period.
