WPB's Community Events Department Earns 21 Awards From Florida Festivals & Events Association
The City brought home awards for their general marketing and new DIY Event Guide, as well as some long-standing events.

The Florida Festivals & Events Association (FFEA) recently announced the winners of its annual SUNsational Awards. FFEA recognizes the best campaigns, collateral, promotional items, and much more of its members. With 21 awards, the City of West Palm Beachโs Community Events Department earned more awards than any other Florida municipality for its signature and celebrated programming. The City brought home awards for their general marketing and new DIY Event Guide, as well as some long-standing events: Clematis by Night, Holiday in Paradise, Summer in Paradise, and the West Palm Beach GreenMarket.

Nominations were accepted in nine categories, including Printed Materials; Outdoor Advertisement; PR/Media Campaign; Photo; Promotional Item; T-shirt; Broadcast Media; Multimedia Marketing and Programming. Each category included three budget levels. A total of 145 events submitted their materials for consideration. Nominees were judged by a blue-ribbon panel of 54 judges representing media outlets, printing companies, website designers, photographers, promotional marketing professionals, event industry leaders and social media experts.

James. โThey have consistently proven themselves as innovators amid tough statewide competition, or in this yearโs case, against unpredictable challenges. The department always rises to the occasion to make sure that our residents can depend on safe, exciting entertainment for the whole family.โ
