Dolly Parton benefit screenings head to these Orlando theaters Labor Day weekend (orlandoweekly.com) — Dolly Parton fans in Winter Park can honor her legacy this Labor Day weekend with special screenings at Regal Winter Park Village of Steel Magnolias and The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas. Tickets cost $9.25, with all proceeds benefiting The Dollywood Foundation and its Imagination Library, turning a nostalgic movie outing into direct support for children's literacy.
   

4. Nightmare on Orange reservations open in three waves at The Courtesy (orlandoshine.com) — Nightmare on Orange, the Halloween pop-up at The Courtesy on North Orange Avenue in Winter Park, will run Sept. 22–Nov. 1 with spooky décor and themed cocktails. Reservations open in three timed waves starting Sept. 8, but walk-ins are welcome, with waitlist options and an outdoor bar on busy nights, plus a two-hour seating limit for each party.
