U.S. Commercial Service Invites Companies to Take Part in Second Annual Singapore FinTech Festival

ATLANTA, Georgia – The U.S. Commercial Service, in partnership with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), invites you to take part in the second annual Singapore FinTech Festival as part of the official U.S. FinTech Business Delegation. The Festival, which will take place November 13-17, 2017, will provide a platform for U.S. FinTech companies to meet with potential partners, hear from ASEAN regulators, and participate in the #1 FinTech Conference in the Region.

As a member of the U.S. Commercial Service delegation, participants will receive multiple benefits, including: ASEAN country briefings, one-on-one matchmaking meetings with apps, networking receptions, site visits to accelerators, briefings by MAS and startup facilitator SPRING, representatives from the National University of Singapore (NUS), and full access to the FinTech Festival Conference & Exhibition.

“We brought a high-energy and diverse group of companies as part of the official delegation last year that proved to fit well in the ASEAN FinTech ecosystem,” said Clint Brewer, Commercial Officer for the U.S. Commercial Service. “The FinTech Fest is a conference experience unlike any other …it is virtually a gateway to business and networking opportunities that are invaluable for companies looking to expand globally.”

This year, companies will have two opportunities to participate in private pitch sessions with investors - the first being a Pitch Fest organized by the U.S. Commercial Service exclusively for the U.S. delegation.

Additionally, delegates can apply to participate in the Investor Summit at the Singapore Fintech Festival organized by MAS. Interested delegates are asked to register directly at: http://www.fintechfestival.sg/investor-summit/. Those that are successfully matched will take part in the Investor Summit “Deal Day” that will be held on November 17, 2017. Deadline for submitting applications for Deal Day is September 30.
