Paige Plumbing & Septic has received complaints regarding paid services not being rendered. Consumers allege that the company does not fulfill the service obligations that they were paid to do. Other consumer allegations have been that Paige Plumbing & Septic has been paid in advance for work to be completed, and then the company allegedly does not return to finish the repairs.

The business did respond to one complaint stating they would reimburse an overpayment to the consumer. However, the consumer stated the company has not provided any reimbursement and wanted the company to just complete the work they had “been paid to do.” Our office has not received any further correspondence from the company regarding this matter.
On February 12, 2016, our office confirmed that Paige Plumbing & Septic had not obtained a necessary license from Secretary of State- Professional Licensing Boards. Such license is required in the state of Georgia for businesses offering plumbing and septic services.
BBB sent a request to Mr. Morales requesting verification of his license and also addressing the matter of the unanswered complaints. We received no response from Mr. Morales on either matter.
