Join us for a Fun and Free Family event on March 24, 2012 for the Frey Fit Fest! We will have local businesses in the health-related industry showcasing what they can do to help you live a healthy life. There will be activities for everyone - a 24' tall rock wall, jumpies and obstacle courses, a hula-hoop contest, yogurt from Yogli Mogli, hike one of our many trails with maps provided by the PTSA, Zumba and Pilates demonstrations and so much more - and it's all completely FREE! The event will be held rain or shine and takes place at Frey Elementary School around the track in the back and in the gym and cafeteria. Make plans to join us!
