How much of a referral fee would I get paid?

We’ll pay you a minimum referral fee of $250 dollars for any House that we buy that you refer us to. (That referral fee could be more depending on the House and the deal that we get).

How do I get the additional $1,000 dollars?

As if $250 dollars for making a phone call or submitting a web-form weren’t enough, for every 10 Houses that we BUY that you refer us to over the next 30 Days, we’re going to hold a drawing for an additional $1,000 dollars.

 How does it work?

1. Go to pkbuyshouses.com/contact. Complete the contact form and be sure to choose the 10 Houses in 30 Days option in the drop down menu of the “How did you hear about us section” of the contact form.
2. Be sure to provide us with a way to either contact you or the potential “Seller” for details. Also please include the address of the House you’re referring us to.
3. What if the House I’m referring you to is mine? Even if the House you’re referring us to is yours we will still pay you the minimum $250 dollar referral fee and enter you in the drawing for the $1,000 dollars.
4. This Referral Program only applies to Houses that we purchase and close on. This Referral Program is only good for the next 30 Days, so take advantage of this opportunity to help us, help a friend or family member and to put some extra CASH in your pocket!
