Mr. George L. MacPherson, age 78, of Calhoun, GA, died Friday, December 13, 2013. Mr. MacPherson was born in New York, spent most of his life in Kentucky and Tennessee, before moving to Georgia in 1990. He worked as a security guard for many years. He survived by his children, Grace MacPherson, of Calhoun, George MacPherson, of Calhoun, Joe Ritchie, of Calhoun and Jerry Williams, of Florence, KY. The family plans a private memorial service.
