Mr. John E. Salter, age 61, of Helen, GA, died November 24, 2013 at his residence. Mr. Salter was born in Tulsa, OK and spent most of his life working as a carpenter doing home renovations. He was preceded in death by his wife Theresa and is survived by his son John James Salter, of Avondale, PA. The family plans to have a private service in Oklahoma.
