World of Beer Kennesaw Announces New Seasonal Beer and Menu Line-Up

As autumn prepares to make its official debut, World of Beer Katy is celebrating the changing of the seasons with the release of its new limited-time menu and exclusive WOB collaboration beers.

For the second year in a row World of Beer has added a seasonal fall “Plated & Pints” menu to select taverns that transforms classic favorites into an elevated culinary experience.

To complement the five new menu items, World of Beer executive chef Mark Adair collaborated with the chefs and brewers at Dogfish Head and Stone to bring guests two WOB limited-release beers:

• Stone Mixtape Vol. 14 – The Gatekeeper — A WOB limited-release blend of Stone’s 2015 and 2016 Russian Imperial Stouts and Stone IPA with figs, plum and Hallertau Blanc hops
• Dogfish Head Fall On Me — A WOB limited-release Belgian-style farmhouse ale brewed with red delicious apple cider from Fifer Orchards and spiced with cinnamon, orange peel, star anise and cloves

Limited-release menu items include:

• Prosciutto & Spiced Apple Flatbread
• PB&J Wings
• Green Chili Chicken Nachos
• WOBtoberfest Brat Burger
• Pumpkin Spice Apple Donuts
