We are having a reunion for students, faculty, staff and neighbor of the Oak Grove Elementary School in Cherokee County during the 30’s, 40’s, 50’s, 60’s and 70’s. This includes five decades from our community.

In 2009, we started because a few people wanted to get together and reminisce. It was so fun, we couldn’t stop there so we continued in 2011, 2013 and now in 2015.

At first, the reunion only included 40 years but as people passed, younger students expressed a desire to join in with us. This year we extended the invitation to the 1970’s.Could you give us some publicity? Our community has moved in many different directions. Check out our website.
