ALPHARETTA, GA -- The Alpharetta Business Association has five new serving on its Board of Directors for 2016.

At the organization’s recent planning session, the board elected the following new directors to serve a three year term for the association:

• Laure Biel, agency principal, Dykstra & Kemp/Allstate Insurance Agency
• Peg Hussing, owner, EcoShredding, Inc.
• Marvin Austin, president, SuperGreen Solutions
• Darren Carter, business development executive, Comcast Business
• Lara Dolan, Realtor, The Craft Dolan Team/Keller Williams

These directors join current board members: Steve Manley, president, Manley Land Design; Danny Broadway, MBA, AdvizeX/ROLTA Technologies; Buddy Gash, owner, The Picture Framer; Janet Rodgers, president/CEO, Alpharetta Convention & Visitors Bureau; Alyx Korner, owner, Leather ‘N Pearle; Carol Anderson-Wood, owner, C. Anderwood-Wood, LLC; and John Ray, owner, Ray Business Advisors/Bookkeeping Express.

The Alpharetta Business Association is a thriving nonprofit association dedicated to providing social networking opportunities and informative programming through monthly breakfast networking meetings, monthly membership meetings, an annual Business Expo, the Alpharetta Farmer’s Market and various other events for the business community.
