Alpharetta Company Named a Top Workplace For 2015

Alpharetta-based MarketSource, a provider of sales outsourcing solutions, has been named to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution’s list for the Top Workplaces for 2015.

MarketSource ranks 16th in the Top 25 Large Workplaces category for the Atlanta region.

The company said in its press release that the ranking is a ”result of their focus on company values and culture that support employees in their path to personal and professional success.”

The Top Workplaces selection is based on employee feedback to a third party survey. The survey is conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLP, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement. WorkplaceDynamics conducts Top Workplaces programs with 40 major publishing partners across the United States.
