Alpharetta Prepares To Host Easter Eggstravaganza

The Children's Easter Eggstravaganza will be held at 10 a.m. March 19 at the North Park softball fields.

ALPHARETTA, GA -- There will be no shortage of bunnies when the city of Alpharetta hosts its Children's Easter Eggstravaganza on Saturday, March 19.

Hop over to North Park softball fields from 10 a.m. to noon for this free family-fun event, hosted by the Alpharetta Recreation and Parks Department.

Children can partake in face painting, balloon art, rides on a trackless train and cuddly critters at the Red Barn petting zoo.

Of course, be sure to bring your cameras or smartphones to take photos with the Easter Bunny.

Don't forget to bring basket or bag for the egg hunt, which will start at 11 a.m. for children ages 3 to 6. Instead of a hunt area, a special goody bag will be handed out to first 250 children ages 2 and under or 7 and older.
