Alpharetta Run Club Begins Thursday With Live Music, Flower Truck

The first-ever Alpharetta Run Club will meet at 6 p.m. each Thursday through Oct. 29.

ALPHARETTA, GA -- On Thursday, the community is invited to start the holiday weekend at Alpharetta City Center.

Beginning at 6 p.m., the destination will be activated with the first-ever Alpharetta Run Club led by locally owned Mountain High Outfitters and Core 57. The Run Club will follow a route leaving from Core 57, traversing a path down to the Alpha Loop and circling back to end at Mountain High Outfitters. The run club will meet at 6 p.m. each Thursday through Oct. 29.

Following the inaugural run, several shops and restaurants will offer exclusive specials for participants, including Carson Kitchen, The Ballog, Crave Pie and Dress Up, among others.

In addition, Alpharetta City Center has partnered with Jekyll Brewing to provide live music from the Steven Brooks Band on the brewery’s patio, which will face out toward Market Street Park for guests to enjoy as they shop, eat and mingle safely on the outside spaces. Chiringa will also have live entertainment by Francisco Vidal, plus JJ’s Flower Truck will be on-site until 8:30 p.m, offering guests floral bouquets in exchange for making a purchase within one of the shops or restaurants.

Throughout the event, safety measures will be in place and enforced to ensure guests follow appropriate social distancing guidelines. Masks are strongly encouraged.
