Alpharetta's Annual Dive-In Movie Returns Next Week

The family-friendly event, which will be held Friday, July 17, will feature Disney's "Big Hero 6."

Residents are invited to shake up your Friday night movie experience with the Alpharetta Recreation and Parks Department.

Bring family, friends and floats to the Alpharetta City Pool on July 17 for the city’s annual Dive-In Movie. Gates will open at 7:30 p.m. and show time will start at dusk (around 8:45 p.m.).

This year’s feature is Disney’s “Big Hero 6,” a fun, family-friendly movie packed with comedy, adventure and an unlikely team of superheroes.

Atlanta radio station Star 94 will be on hand to play tunes and hand out popcorn until the movie starts. Pool concessions will also be available for purchase.

Admission to the pool is $3 per person and season pass-holders are admitted for free. The city pool is located at 1815 Old Milton Parkway.
