In late 2009, education expert Lisa Matthews entered the unregulated world of dog training as an apprentice and spent the next three years setting herself apart from her peers. A believer in humane education, she graduated with honors from the Pat Miller Academy via Cold Nose College in Murphy, North Carolina and notably gained National Dog Training Certification, confirming her as a top-level professional.
Matthews is a founding member of The Pet Professional Guild, a member of Truly Dog Friendly, and owner of Pawsitive Practice Training, LLC.
