Village Tavern Launches New Sunday Brunch Menu

Already recognized for its enticing and extensive list of classic American favorites with a contemporary twist, Village Tavern will soon tempt guests with even more delicious dishes for Sunday brunch, served from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Corporate executive chef Mary Grace Howard’s new additions add seasonal favorites prepared with the highest quality and freshest ingredients available. The new brunch menu will be available beginning Sunday, March 3.

The brunch menu showcases 10 new dishes, including:

  • Corned beef hash and eggs sautéed with arugula, Tavern hash browns and caramelized onions
  • Breakfast quesadilla with soft-scrambled eggs, chorizo, green peppers, onions, avocado slices, Monterey and cheddar cheese and salsa verde and served with Tavern hash browns
  • Smoked salmon Benedict with poached eggs, Hollandaise sauce and chives
  • Bananas Foster waffle topped with whipped mascarpone
  • Monte Cristo sandwich with honey-cured ham, brie, thinly sliced chicken, Gruyere and whole grain mustard

Completing the brunch experience, Village Tavern offers an extensive Wine Spectator-honored wine list, craft beers and cocktails. The restaurant will offer bloody marys, screwdrivers, salty dogs, mimosas and champagne splits for only $3.50 beginning at 12:30 p.m. on Sundays. The full brunch menu can be found online.
