Antonia Lawrence, Fresh Rain Music to Celebrate Motherhood

Atlanta-based Fresh Rain Music and No Junk Productions will celebrate and honor mothers in Roswell.

Journey Christian Church will host the event at 7:30 p.m. Friday. Admission is free, but residents must register for the event here. 

The event will be hosted by India Hines of LOVE 860's Radio Show Food 4 Your Soul and 11 Alive news anchor Karyn Greer will make an appearance to talk about her new book "I am a Mother." 

Antonia Lawrence, president of Fresh Rain Music, said she felt "the desire to launch the Celebration of Motherhood event to inspire deeper appreciation, love and honor for the magnificent role of motherhood."

Residents will have a chance for Greer to sign copies of her book and Lawrence will perform songs from her forthcoming album Authentic. 

Donations will be accepted and used to offset the production cost and sow back into the ongoing music ministry. Seating is limited and is on a first come, first serve basis.
