Attempted Bank Robbery Under Investigation in Alpharetta

The attempted robbery was reported Monday at Wells Fargo on North Point Parkway.

ALPHARETTA, GA -- Police in Alpharetta are asking the public to help them track down the man accused of trying to rob a bank on Monday.

The Alpharetta Department of Public Safety as well as the FBI are investigating the incident, which captured the suspect on surveillance cameras obscuring his face with a shirt and brandishing a firearm.

The attempted robbery took place Oct. 3 at Wells Fargo at 5750 North Point Parkway, Alpharetta DPS said.
