This weekend’s festivities is the culmination of a journey North American Properties started in June 2011 when it purchased the property and began working with the community to design a mixed-use project along Old Milton Parkway.

“There have been so many reasons to cheer during this journey, but the grand opening will be the ultimate celebration,” said Mark Toro, managing partner at North American Properties. “We invite the community to help us celebrate, whether with yoga, trick-or-treating, fireworks or an indie concert. There is something for everyone at the grand opening and at Avalon.”
