TCC Donates $3,000 To Local Nonprofits
Habitat for Humanity NCG Restore, Canine Assistants and Children's Restoration Network all received donations.
ALPHARETTA, GA — Round Room LLC, the nation’s largest Verizon Authorized Wireless Retailer, announces today that its new TCC store located at 2500 Old Milton Parkway in Alpharetta donated $3,000 to three local nonprofits: Habitat for Humanity NCG Restore, Canine Assistants and Children’s Restoration Network.
In celebration of TCC’s grand opening at Avalon, members of the community were asked to vote for one of three selected local nonprofits to receive the monetary donations. The winning organization, Habitat for Humanity NCG Restore, received $2,000 during a ribbon cutting ceremony at TCC’s grand opening event on May 3, and was named TCC’s official local nonprofit partner.
All proceeds from the store’s Donate-A-Dollar program will be donated to the winning organization, and each store employee will dedicate volunteer hours to supporting the organization. The two runners-up, Canine Assistants and Children’s Restoration Network, received $500 each.
