Alpharetta, GA -- A new place to grab a bite to eat has made its debut at Avalon.

Branch & Barrel is now open at the Alpharetta-based mixed use development, adding to the community’s stellar restaurant line-up, including Antico Pizza Napoletana and Ford Fry’s The El Felix.
The modern southern menu includes classic dishes like fried okra and green tomatoes, lobster mac and cheese and bourbon-cured pork tenderloin with sweet potato hash, as well as updated favorites including corn-fried lobster sandwiches and black-eyed pea hummus.

To better resonate with Avalon’s residents, guests and office tenants, Bantu has been re-concepted to Branch & Barrel, a craft kitchen and bar with a focus on ingredients made in-house, from cured meats and cheeses to shrubs and cocktail mixers.
Branch & Barrel is led by local chef Todd Hogan. The new restaurant recently opened around the holidays. Hours are from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. Friday and Saturday.
