Alpharetta proposes defining a brew pub as an eating establishment where malt beverages are manufactured.
Growlers are sealed, air-tight containers that allow residents to take home malt beverages drawn from a barrel, cask, tank or keg at licensed establishments.
The Council will also consider a resolution that would change the start time of regular meetings and public hearings of the City Council from 7:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
If approved, the change would go into effect at the April 4, 2016, meeting. Another item on the agenda includes amending an ordinance to address regulations of massage establishments and spas.
Alpharetta City Hall is located at 2 Park Plaza.
