Burger Dispatch Offers Burger Delivery to Alpharetta Locals

With restaurants handpicked, Burger Dispatch delivers Alpharetta’s best burgers to your door.

It was a veggie burger craving turned San Francisco-like delivery service for Saphire Sumpter, 24 and Satoria Sumpter, 22.

“We know standard protocol is to launch in a big city, but we’re excited to have Burger Dispatch based in Alpharetta--because it’s unexpected,” said Satoria Sumpter.

After empty wishes for their favorite burger spot to offer delivery, the sister duo decided to provide the service themselves, personally selecting restaurants for traits such as freshness and quality.

Although strict vegetarians, the pair have a strategy for determining the worthiness of a burger joint. “We work around not eating meat,” says Saphire Sumpter. “We figure if a restaurant manages to serve a great veggie burger, they must have a great beef burger as well.”

Creating a fun experience for customers, order updates are sent via text message and adorning every bag is a bright blue sticker reading, “You’re awesome. We’ll see you next time.”

As for why burgers-only, Saphire Sumpter states, “With food, it’s so easy to get it wrong. We wanted to focus on one thing and get it as right as possible.”

Delivery is within a five-mile radius of each restaurant, with a flat fee of $7.00 plus $0.50 a mile added on per order.
