City Of Alpharetta: Providence Sidewalk Contract Awarded

The City of Alpharetta has awarded a contract to Excellre Construction LLC for construction of a sidewalk section on Providence Road that is the final piece needed to have a continuous sidewalk along the west side of Providence Road from the city limits to Mayfield Road.

The $196,800 contract will fund the construction of 575 linear feet of sidewalk along the west side of Providence Road from the existing sidewalk south of Bates Road to the existing sidewalk north of Mayfield Road.  Curb and gutter will be installed along the entire stretch of sidewalk to match the existing sidewalk segments.

Construction will begin approximately 30 days after the contract documents have been signed by all parties.
