The next relates to the construction of a mixed-use building at 12455 Broadwell Road that is being called Milton Pointe at Broadwell. The Design Review Board will look at a revised proposal for the exterior of this project, which would be two stories high plus a basement.
The only other topic of discussion at this meeting will be future ones – more specifically, setting the Design Review Board’s 2022 schedule.
Even so, after Tuesday, the DRB has one more meeting left this year on December 7.
The Design Review Board makes recommendations to the City’s Community Development Director (and, in specific instances, other City committees). Members review new construction, new site development, and certain significant alterations to existing structures. Any comments should be consistent with City Code. The DRB also casts votes on demolition permits.
