- To allow part of an existing residence at 15140 HOPEWELL ROAD to fall within the 50-foot stream buffer and 75-foot impervious setback currently required by the City. Earlier this month, Milton’s Design Review Board (DRB) considered this same request for this 6.38-acre property between – albeit on the opposite side of Hopewell – Bell Memorial Park and the Trophy Club.
- To reduce the front yard setback at 12745 NEW PROVIDENCE ROAD from the currently required 60 feet to 25 feet for a new house. The request for this 1.93-acre property in southwest Milton, just north of Arnold Mill Road and Fire Station 41, also recently went before the DRB.
After Tuesday’s meeting, Milton’s Board of Zoning Appeals is next scheduled to convene on October 19.
