Clinical Medical Research Facility Opens in Alpharetta
Institute for Advanced Medical Research rosts ribbon cutting ceremony.

The Institute for Advanced Medical Research celebrated the opening of its new location in Alpharetta with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Medical Director Angelo Sambunaris, M.D. was joined by Alpharetta Mayor David Belle Isle and State Senator Brandon Beach at the event.
The Institute conducts neurological research, including studies in the area of depression, Alzheimer’s disease, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Adult and Adolescent ADHD, Fibromyalgia, and anxiety. Since 1998, the Institute for Advanced Medical Research has helped more than 3,000 individuals improve their quality of life while ensuring that millions more can benefit from access to innovative medical treatments.
Currently, the Institute is recruiting participants for a study in treating depression with Botox.
