Comcast Opens New XFINITY Center In Alpharetta
The new customer care center is at 7561 North Point Parkway Suite 900.
In an effort to better serve its customers, Comcast has opened a new XFINITY Customer Center in Alpahretta.
The 5,000-square-foot space is at 7561 North Point Parkway Suite 900 and is the second of XFINITY's newly designed locations that have opened in metro Atlanta.
The new layout at the center is "built to provide an interactive way to experience products and services," according to a company press release.
Instead of waiting in line, customers can explore Comcast’s products and services, such as the new X1 platform and the XFINITY Home suite of products. They can also choose to entertain themselves with tablets, interactive touchscreen displays or a 3D viewing experience.

To help mark the occasion, Atlanta Falcons starting safety William Moore, Falcons cheerleaders and Freddie the Falcon all attended the events.
Moore also signed autographs and took pictures with customers.

The Alpharetta XFINITY Customer Center is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
