Core57, an expansion of local business Core Physique, has opened at Alpharetta City Center offering members a unique approach to fitness.

ALPHARETTA, GA – November 27, 2018 – Core57, an expansion of local business Core Physique, has opened at Alpharetta City Center offering members their unique approach to fitness through continuous exercise, diet, and lifestyle guidance.
Built on the strength of the mind and body connection, Core 57 offers classes that range from high-intensity circuits to TRX, aerobics, yoga, and trigger-point training. Group classes and semi-private classes are available, as is nutrition guidance, fitness assessment and goal setting.
Core 57 takes its name after the company’s five steps to success and seven foundations of fitness. “Our approach to fitness is about getting the body to move in a safe yet challenging manner,” said Kolleen Riddick Losch, owner and founder. “It is about creating a healthy community. We have some of the best trainers in the industry with vast knowledge of the human body. Our goal is to make working out fun, while at the same time making you feel better. We want our clients to be the healthiest they have ever been.”

ABOUT ALPHARETTA CITY CENTER
Alpharetta City Center is a 26-acre mixed-use property developed in partnership with the City of Alpharetta to expand the existing downtown historic district by 6 city blocks. The city opened its new City Hall, a new Fulton County Library, the five-acre Brook Street Park, the one-acre Town Green, and the 445-car parking deck in January of 2015.
A partnership of South City Partners and Morris & Fellows developed the street-level shops of “The District,” and “Amorance,” 168 luxury apartments. “Amorance” opened for occupancy in July, and the shops are opening throughout the fall. Morris & Fellows also developed “The Gardens” restaurant and park area, with restaurants opening throughout the fall and winter.
City Center, which received a 2018 Development of Excellence award from the Atlanta Regional Commission, also includes the corporate headquarters of DataScan, and “Voysey,” a neighborhood of 42 single-family homes under development by Hedgewood Homes.
