Monica Blanco is an accomplished Atlanta area agent who brings a strategic yet personable approach to the home buying and home selling process. Drawing from years of experience in sales and marketing, Monica has built a reputation for her genuine rapport with clients from the get-go. Her ability to guide buyers in getting the best value for their dream home, as well as assisting sellers in a smooth, stress-free sale of their home, comes from years of customer care experience. Growing up in Alpharetta, Monica has extensive knowledge of the different suburbs and neighborhoods across Metro Atlanta. She serves the entire northern metro Atlanta area and specializes in home buying and selling, investment properties, and luxury homes. Monica obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations from Auburn University (War Eagle!). While attending school, she was a member of Alpha Chi Omega sorority. She then worked in Marketing for one of Atlanta’s top residential real estate companies. Aiming for a new challenge, Monica took her career to the sales arena. Now she brings her passion and sharp attention to detail to help buyers in a highly focused search for their new house and to help sellers get the most value for their home. Monica understands that buying and selling is one of the biggest decisions in a client’s life and views representation and guidance of her clients through this process as a true privilege. Monica is a member of NAMAR. Monica lives in Alpharetta with her husband, Andy, her two sweet sons and yellow lab Reina. She is an advocate for rescue dogs and an avid runner.
