Dr. Chynna Steele Opens Dermatology Practice in Alpharetta

Board-certified dermatologist Dr. Chynna Steele, M.D., will open a dermatology practice, Steele Dermatology, in Alpharetta. Steele Dermatology will specialize in medical and cosmetic dermatology for the skin, hair and body.

The practice, located at 11500 Webb Bridge Way, will officially open April 20. On May 21, a grand opening event will be held at the practice. Steele Dermatology’s easily accessible location offers patients free parking and is close to Bite Bistro & Bar in Alpharetta.

In addition to welcoming Dr. Steele’s existing patients, Steele Dermatology is accepting new patients. Appointments may be scheduled by calling (770) 464-6000. Steele Dermatology will be open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday; on Wednesday by appointment; and from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday. Patients of the practice will be able to utilize text message alerts reminding them of appointments.

Dr. Steele is a renowned dermatologist specializing in skin conditions, skin cancer and cutting-edge cosmetic procedures to enhance the skin, hair and body. “I’m excited to offer Atlantans a dermatology experience where they don’t have to make the choice between medical care and cosmetic aesthetic services - they get both at Steele Dermatology,” said Dr. Steele. “Every skin, hair and body issue that comes through our door will be addressed from both the medical and cosmetic perspectives.”

A cum laude graduate of Harvard University, Dr. Steele went on to receive her medical degree from the University of Chicago and completed specialized training in dermatology at Washington University. She participated in research at New York Presbyterian Hospital’s Columbia University and Cornell University campuses. She is a contributor to many medical societies, including Atlanta Dermatologic Association, Atlanta Women’s Journal Club, American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and has been consulted for expert advice by local and national media outlets. When she is not in the office, Dr. Steele regularly participates in skin cancer screenings in the Atlanta-area, the Harvard Club of Georgia, Atlanta Rowing Club, Atlanta Boxer Rescue and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
