Pure Bred Dog activities for the community celebrating AKC Responsible Dog Owner Day . Come learn about many of the AKC breeds at the "Meet the Breed" booths.
The Atlanta Kennel Club (the oldest and largest All Breed Kennel Club in GA - since 1900)with The Combined Specialty Clubs of Atlanta, comprised of 28 member dog clubs will be on site with their dogs to share information about their specific breeds and AKC dog show events for the whole family.
Learn about the new AKC events for your mixed breed dogs as well with the Canine Partners Program and more about the sport of dogs and all the fun things you can do with your pet.

Other events for the day include:
- Canine Good Citizen info and Testing (proof of Rabies vac required) by the Toy Dog Asociation of Georgia
- Low cost Microchip Clinic $20 including lifetime enrollment with AKC CAR,
- AKC conformation B Match with cash prizes for puppies and adults. All AKC, FSS, and Rare Breeds are welcome to participate in the match. Entries / register 10:30-11. $10 each

- Junior Showmanship for kids - 8-18
- AKC Educational Materials will be available for all.
- An AKC Agility trial during the weekend under the covered horse arena - 9 am-4 pm
